This Privacy Policy describes data processing for TimerMood in its current static and client-side version. TimerMood is a timer website where the interactive timer features run in the user's browser.

There are no user accounts, no login, no database, no contact form and no backend API for personal user data. TimerMood does not use analytics services, tracking or cookies set by the app code.

Timer history, tasks, study content, Multi Timers, interval routines and usage profiles are not transferred to TimerMood servers.

TimerMood may be hosted through Vercel. When the website is requested, Vercel may process technically necessary data to deliver the pages, maintain security and diagnose errors.

Hosting may create server log files. These may include IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, referrer, user agent, technical status codes and similar technical information.

TimerMood does not combine these log files into user profiles and does not use them for analytics or advertising tracking.

TimerMood uses localStorage only for local timer, Multi Timer, interval, task, stats and design preferences in the browser. This may include selected language, theme, mood theme, background color, accent color, text color, timer size, clock display style, font style, background style, selected sound, volume, custom durations, selected presets and custom presets.

It may also include local tasks, task completion state, estimated sessions, local session stats, focus minutes, break minutes, total completed sessions, last active date, local Multi Timers, local interval routines, focus mode preference, clean workspace preference, animation level, fullscreen display options and wake lock preference.

This data remains in the browser on the respective device and is not synced. If browser data is deleted, localStorage is not persistent in private browsing mode, or local TimerMood data is cleared through the interface, these local settings, tasks, presets, stats, Multi Timers and interval routines are removed.

Settings export and import are manual only through a local JSON file chosen by the user. CSV export for local stats is generated only in the browser. There is no server-side copy of these exports.

Focus mode, PWA installation and fullscreen view work locally in the browser. Installing TimerMood as an app does not create a TimerMood account and does not enable server-side sync.

The current local time is calculated only in the browser and is not transmitted to TimerMood.

Sounds are played locally in the browser. TimerMood does not load external audio files for timer sounds.

The optional Wake Lock feature can keep the screen awake while a timer is running. It is requested only after user interaction when the browser supports the Screen Wake Lock API, and it is released when the timer stops or the setting is disabled.

TimerMood does not currently request browser notifications. If browser notifications are added later, they would be used only after explicit permission by the user in the browser.

Google AdSense is not currently active. No AdSense script and no AdSense Auto Ads script is embedded. TimerMood currently does not add cookies or tracking for ads.

If Google AdSense is activated later, Google may process data for advertising. For users in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, a Google-certified CMP or consent solution is required before activation where required.

The ads.txt file must be checked, correctly provided and kept updated with the real publisher ID before and during AdSense activation.

Placeholder for a future update: before activation, this Privacy Policy must be updated with the activation date, publisher information, CMP provider, processing purposes and relevant user choices.

TimerMood may later include recommendation pages with affiliate links. No real affiliate links are currently active unless they are explicitly marked on a page and technically configured.

If you later click an external affiliate link, you will be transferred to a third-party website. That website's own privacy policy and cookie rules apply.

TimerMood does not set its own affiliate cookies before such a click, does not use tracking pixels and does not use affiliate scripts.

Where personal data is processed, data subjects may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, depending on the applicable requirements.

Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority. Privacy requests can be sent to the email address listed above.
